After releasing their debut EP, Lay Me Down in 2004, Tel Aviv return this March with their 10 song follow-up. Underwaters, marks the band's first full-length effort and their first release to be distributed nationally. It doesn’t disappoint. The band draws true tension, from a mix of taut beats, spooky synths, and post-punk vocals. Highly stylized, fiercely independent, and all in all, a wonderfully cool, inventive - and we believe important album.

This marks some of the earliest songwriting from J Fernandez who has since gone on to release a series of wonderful albums on the Joyful Noise label.
